About AutoCares
AutoCares connects vehicle owners with nearby mechanics and provides roadside assistance, vehicle information, AI-powered troubleshooting guidance, and related automotive services.
Accounts and responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, keep contact details current, and use the service lawfully. Customers should submit genuine requests and accurate vehicle and location details. Mechanics should provide accurate professional information, communicate clearly, respond honestly, and maintain professional service standards.
Assistance requests
Customers may submit requests to selected mechanics. Mechanics independently accept or reject requests based on availability. When accepted, relevant customer and mechanic details and communication options may become available. AutoCares does not guarantee acceptance, immediate assistance, or a specific response time.
Charges and payments
Applicable platform or diagnosis fees should be shown before confirmation. Mechanics are responsible for explaining repair estimates and final charges. Unless stated otherwise, repair charges are determined by the mechanic providing the service.
AI and diagnostics disclaimer
AI guidance is general and may be incomplete or incorrect; it does not replace professional mechanical inspection. Do not perform dangerous repairs based solely on AI guidance. OBD-II readings depend on compatible vehicles and devices and are not guaranteed for every setup.
Location and third parties
Location may support mechanic discovery, maps, distances, and active assistance. AutoCares may integrate Google Maps, WhatsApp, payment providers, AI services, and other infrastructure providers, each subject to separate terms and policies.
Prohibited activities
Do not submit fraudulent requests, provide false information, harass users, misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, misuse contact information, or manipulate requests or payment records. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Liability and intellectual property
To the extent permitted by law, AutoCares is not responsible for independent mechanic conduct, repair quality, AI inaccuracies, third-party interruptions, or delays caused by traffic, weather, networks, or availability. The AutoCares name, logo, interface, and original materials may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.
Changes, law, and contact
